Middle-class fashion firm Joules has shrugged off High Street gloom to post a 14 per cent jump in revenues.
The company, best known for its colourful wellington boots and waterproof jackets, raked in £113.1m of sales in the six months to November 25.

Shares soared 11.1 per cent, or 23p, to 230p after it said full-year earnings are likely to be higher than expected.
